At Tailor Creations, a custom children’s clothing and accessory store, we are committed to providing the finest shopping experience for our customers. Our goal is to take every measure possible to ensure your complete delight with the personalized products you receive from us.
Most orders ship as scheduled within 7–10 business days.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing without the additional rush order processing fee due to the customization of our outfits and sets.
Orders ship as scheduled, based on the time they are received.
If you need your order sooner, a rush order fee of $15 per custom outfit or order will be required to expedite processing.
Please note: While we strive to ensure timely order processing and dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS, DHL, or other third-party shipping carriers. Once a package is in transit, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's schedule and service conditions. Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
In the rare event that an error occurs in the wording or if the size selected is incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We will reprint your order at a 15% discount.
If an error or misprint is caused by our team, we will gladly reprint the item and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. You may return the original item in new, unused condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange of the same item.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept order cancellations. However, if you believe you have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately via email, including your order number. We will be happy to assist you with any necessary adjustments
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is an error made by Tailor Creations. Personalized products hold no resale value to the company. If an error has occurred with your order, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your item. The product must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange of the same item.
Please Note: **If an item is found to be worn or used upon return, a credit will not be issued, and the item will be returned to you in its original condition.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. We are unable to accept COD deliveries. For your convenience and security, we recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning your product to TailorCreations.com. Please retain the tracking number for your records to monitor the status of your return shipment. We cannot be held liable for lost return packages. Additionally, kindly include your original packing slip along with a note stating the reason for your return.

Please be sure to select the correct shipping method and allow processing time when placing your order. All of our products are custom-made, 100% made to order, and handmade for every child.

Once your order has shipped, please allow a minimum of:
- 5–10 business days with Ground Shipping
- 2–4 business days with Priority Shipping
- 1–2 business days with Express Mail Guaranteed Service by USPS or UPS
