Tailor Creations was founded in 2006, and inspired by our 3 young children. Starting small with only two employees and one product, Tailor Creations has grown to become one of the top special occasions personalized companies on-line today. With having children of our own we understand the importance of your child’s special day. We take pride in knowing we were a part of helping you to create that big smile with memories to last for many years to come. With everything we do, we hope to make your life a little more special. We strive for THE BEST in customer service and products.
Although we are a small company, our owners are personally involved in the daily operation of the business and in the production of each order. We will always offer trending products so that our loyal customers can always come back and find something new! Errors in your Order
In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording is printed, or the size you choose is not the correct size we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 15% discount.
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff, we will happily reprint it and ship a replacement at no cost to you. You may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item.
Order Cancellations
Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after the order is received. Once an order is placed, it can ONLY be cancelled the same day. If you feel you've made an error in your order, please email us right away (include your order number) and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Policy
Understandably, personalized products cannot be returned, unless it is due to a personalized error made by Tailor Creations. As to the products hold no value to the company. If an error was made in your order, please contact customer service within 3 days from the date you received your order. You must return it in new condition and in it's original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item.
Please Note: ** If an item is found to be worn or used with return, a credit will not be given, and the item will be returned to you as received.
We encourage you to check your online preview thoroughly before submitting your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. In this email you'll be able to review your order. Contact us immediately if you need to make a correction. Please remember to include your order number in the email.
Return Shipments (For any non personalized products)
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you ship the product back to Tailorcreations.com using a traceable shipping method. Always keep the shipment tracking number for your records so you can monitor the delivery status of your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Please include your original packing slip, stating the reason for your return.

Due to the custom nature of tutus and petti lace sets, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing without rush order fees. Once your order has shipped, please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for delivery with ground shipping. Priority mail should be delivered with in 2-4 business days. Express mail is delivered with in 1-2 business days.
